Center for Cultural and Sports Promotion Conducts Fitness Test for Athletes Ahead of the 40th National Youth Games

Walailak University conducts fitness assessments for 46 athletes from Nakhon Si Thammarat Province in preparation for the 40th National Youth Games.

On March 5, 2025, the Center for Cultural and Sports Promotion, Walailak University, organized a comprehensive physical fitness test for 46 athletes from Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, representing the sports of Judo, Pencak Silat, and Kurash. The assessment took place at the Physical Education Building, Sports and Health Center, Walailak University. The primary objective of the testing was to evaluate physical readiness in terms of strength, flexibility, speed, and endurance, using modern sports science equipment and standardized procedures under the supervision of specialists from the Center for Cultural and Sports Promotion.

The results of the assessments will provide valuable insights for coaches and athletes to better understand individual capabilities, enabling tailored training programs to enhance performance and reduce the risk of injury. Moreover, the testing aims to boost athletes’ confidence as they prepare to represent Nakhon Si Thammarat Province in the upcoming 40th National Youth Games.
