Walailak University partnered with Victor Sports to sign an MOU aimed at developing badminton towards excellence, supporting comprehensive equipment, and creating professional internship opportunities for students.
On January 10, 2026, Professor Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong, President of Walailak University, and Mr. Zhang Hao, Assistant Managing Director of Victor Sports (Thailand) Co., Ltd., jointly signed the Memorandum of Understanding to develop badminton towards excellence, support comprehensive equipment, and create professional internship opportunities for students. Executives from both organizations witnessed the signing at the Faculty of Architecture Meeting Room, Maejo University, Chiang Mai.<\/p>

The primary goal of this collaboration is to exchange experiences and information in developing the management of badminton tournaments to meet international standards. It also serves as a crucial channel for building a sports cooperation network between educational institutions and the private sector, directly contributing to the enhancement of skills and learning experiences for involved students and staff.
Victor Sports will support high-quality training and competition equipment, such as rackets, shoes, shuttlecocks, apparel, and other related gear. This ensures that the university’s athletes have the proper tools to develop their skills and participate in competitions at various levels, while also taking part in brand promotion through the university’s sports activities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
